LISA WMS for SAP BUSINESS ONE – Release Highlights 24.4
At the end of 2024, our WMS Center of Expertise released LISA WMS Version 24.4. With this update comes enhancements to quality control and cycle counting functionality. Continue reading to learn more about the latest innovations and improvements within our flagship SAP Business One companion.
Inspections at Reception
Users can now configure quality control inspections upon the reception of goods. The inspection frequency can be defined as a percentage per product, item group, or supplier. For example, if a supplier is less reliable than average, you can increase the inspection rate for the inventory received from them to ensure compliance with quality standards.
You can utilize the inspection form builder in LISA Web to configure required information and fields for products flagged for inspection. Inspection forms can be tailored to your quality control processes as you have the ability to assign inspection per product, item group, or supplier.

Request Cycle Counts
It is now possible to create cycle count requests directly from the inventory list screen in LISA Web. Once a request is initiated, it can be completed in LISA Mobile using the new Cycle Count Requests module.

- Mobile execution allows for real-time data capture and eliminates paper-based processes.
- The ability to quickly generate count request from the inventory screen, means that discrepancies can be investigated faster.
Other Modifications and Improvements in LISA WMS Version 24.4
- Default product configuration based on item group is now possible.
- Transfer request shipping and receiving UI has been improved.
- The company selection page in LISA Mobile is skipped when there is only one company available.
